DIRECTIONS: From Hal Rogers Parkway, take Hwy 472 6.7 miles to Hwy 687 (Pistol Creek Rd). Turn right on Pistol Creek Road and proceed 2.5 miles to Portersburg Rd and turn left. Continue 1.5 miles and veer to right onto gravel road for 2.9 miles, then turn left onto Philpot Lane. Proceed 0.2 mile to property on right side of Philpot Lane. Auction signs are posted.
