BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price.
TERMS: Payment in full due at time of pickup in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard with an additional 3% processing fee ($3 minimum).

The personal property shall be sold through an online auction closing February 2, 2019 at 6 p.m. Each purchaser of any items of personal property shall pay a Ten Percent (10%) premium over the final bid for any personal property sold. The purchaser shall pay for the items in full prior to pick up.
