Auction Note: This 10 Acre tract will be sold from the location of Farm #2.
Directions: Turn off Highway 127 onto the 127 Bypass heading South towards Albany, Ky. Proceed approx 5 miles and then turn right ont Highway 2284. Proceed 1/2 mile on Highway 2284 and then turn right onto Sawmill Road. Go 1/10 mile on Sawmill Road, the property is located out a long gravel road. Auction signs are posted.
This ten acre parcel of land is located just down the road from Farm #2. Please join us on September 29th for this land auction.
TERMS: 20% deposit the day of the auction with the balance due in 30 days for the real estate. All equipment and personal property must be paid for in full the day of the auction with cash, check or major credit card in full. All credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Note: There will be a ten percent buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
