Directions – Turn off Hwy 27 onto Clifty Road near Kia dealership and proceed one miles on Clifty to Wilson Rd (just before Pleasant Hill Baptist Church). Turn Left on Wilson Road and proceed ½ mile to the auction. Auction signs are posted.
Our firm has been authorized to sell this dandy farm and collection of personal property at Absolute Auction.
Tract #1 – measures 1.55 acres and has 250 feet of frontage along Wilson Road with city water available. This would make a nice building site.
Tract #2 – consists of 4.26 acres and fronts Wilson Road 100 feet. This tract also has city water available. This tract is primarily cleared crop or pasture land.
Tract #3 is the largest of the tracts with 8.42 acres and 316 feet of frontage along Wilson Road. This tract is also mostly crop and pasture land. This tract has an older barn.
Tract #4 is 1.23 acres with 190 feet of frontage on Wilson Road and city water is available. This tract is improved with a concrete block building measuring approx. 48’ x 84’. It has a concrete floor and metal roof.
Tract #5 measures 7.06 acres and is primarily cleared crop and pasture land. It has 255 feet of frontage along Wilson Road and has city water available.

We will start a crew selling personal property while the real estate is being sold so bring your spouse or friend in case you’re interested in both.
Note: There will be a ten percent buyer’s premium added to the last bid to determine the final sales price.
TERMS: Real Estate: 20% deposit the day of the auction with the balance due in 30 days. All personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction with cash, check or VISA/Mastercard in full. All purchases are subject to Kentucky sales tax and all credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
