Antiques & Personal Property

Saturday, June 16th at 10:30 am

Directions – Turn off Hwy 27 onto Clifty Road near Kia dealership and proceed one miles on Clifty to Wilson Rd (just before Pleasant Hill Baptist Church). Turn Left on Wilson Road and proceed ½ mile to the auction. Auction signs are posted.

Our firm has been authorized to sell this dandy farm and collection of personal property at Absolute Auction.

Tract #1 – measures 1.55 acres and has 250 feet of frontage along Wilson Road with city water available. This would make a nice building site.

Tract #2 – consists of 4.26 acres and fronts Wilson Road 100 feet. This tract also has city water available. This tract is primarily cleared crop or pasture land.

Tract #3 is the largest of the tracts with 8.42 acres and 316 feet of frontage along Wilson Road. This tract is also mostly crop and pasture land. This tract has an older barn.

Tract #4 is 1.23 acres with 190 feet of frontage on Wilson Road and city water is available. This tract is improved with a concrete block building measuring approx. 48’ x 84’. It has a concrete floor and metal roof.

Tract #5 measures 7.06 acres and is primarily cleared crop and pasture land. It has 255 feet of frontage along Wilson Road and has city water available.

Tracts #6 & #7 measure 78/100 of an acre and 72/100 of an acre, respectively, each with 170  feet and 166 feet, respectively, of frontage along Wilson Road and city water available. Either of these tracts would make an excellent building site.

Auctioneer’s Note – When combined, there is a total of 24.07 acres of prime property only minutes from town. There is a total of 1447 feet of frontage along Wilson Rd. These are ideal building lots and the opportunity to buy whatever size small farm you’re looking for.
