DIRECTIONS: From I-75, Exit 59 in Mt. Vernon, follow hwy 25 South 1/10 mile. Turn left onto Hwy. 1004 & proceed 3.3 miles to Hwy. 1912 & 1004. Turn right onto Hwy. 1004 & proceed 2.3 miles. Turn left onto New Hope Tower Road & proceed 1.7 miles to the property. Watch for auction signs!

NOTE: The coal & mineral rights do not transfer with the property. 

TRACT 1 - This tract contains 171.73 acres by survey and has approximately 1/2 mile of road frontage along New Hope Tower Road. This large tract of land would be ideal for a get-a-way, hunting and/or recreational use. There is some possible marketable timber.

TRACT 2 - This tract consists of 2.45 acres by survey and has road frontage along New Hope Tower Road. 

TERMS: 20% down within 48 hours of conclusion of auction, balance due in 30 days.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price.
