DIRECTIONS: From Richmond, turn off of Eastern By-Pass/Hwy 876 near Northside Equipment onto Hwy 388.  Go 3/10 mile, turn onto 388 North. Go 6.3 miles to Stoney Run Rd. Go 3 miles to auction.Signs are posted.

TRACT 1 measures 47.9 acres m/l and has approximately 400’ of road frontage along Stoney Run Rd., and has city water available.  This tract is primarily cleared pasture land.  It offers nice home sites with great views.

TRACT 2 consists of 42.9 acres and has 600’ of frontage on Stoney Run Rd., and city water is available.  This tract is also primarily cleared pastureland. It also has some nice building sites.  Stock water is provided by 2 ponds.
