Tract #1 measures .77 acres and fronts Hwy. 1009. Improved with the pictured home featuring living and family rooms, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms, two baths plus a screened in porch. All equipment and personal property items must be paid for in full the day of the auction by cash, check or major credit card in full. All sales are subject to Kentucky sales tax and all credit sales are subject to a 3% processing fee.
