Located in the heart of a highly desirable Lake Cumberland community, this property presents an outstanding opportunity to own a home, guest house, garage, and multiple building lots just moments from some of the area’s most popular boating destinations. With close proximity to Burnside Marina, Burnside Island, and the Waitsboro Boat Ramp, you’ll enjoy quick and convenient access to the water, making this an ideal setting for full-time living, weekend getaways, or investment potential near Lake Cumberland. Ideal property for development as there is a 40 ft. right of way to Hwy 27.
The main residence offers a comfortable and inviting layout featuring a welcoming living room, functional kitchen with adjoining full bathroom, a spacious master bedroom with en suite bath, an additional bedroom, and a well-appointed laundry room complete with half bath and abundant cabinetry. The guest house provides excellent flexibility with its own eat-in kitchen, living room, den or sunroom area, bedroom, bathroom, washer/dryer space, and rear porch/deck — ideal for extended family, guests, or potential rental income. A large detached garage adds valuable storage for vehicles, boats, or recreational equipment. All of these improvements are situated together on one parcel, creating a versatile lake-area compound.
In addition, multiple building lots are being offered, each ranging from approximately half an acre to one acre in size. A 30-foot-wide gravel drive easement provides convenient access to all tracts. These lots offer tremendous potential within an established lake community — whether you’re looking to expand your existing property, build your dream lake home, invest for future appreciation, or acquire multiple tracts for development. Opportunities like this, combining existing improvements and prime building lots near the lake, are hard to come by and deserve your attention. City water and sewer are nearby.
