We will NOT accept weedeaters, chainsaws, push mowers, lumber, lighting, hay, building materials, pipe, garden tillers, hand tools, appliances, wheelbarrows, ladders, residential generators, pressure washers, etc...
No items can be sold offsite, all items must be sold at Ford Brothers Auction Center.

2026 FARM MACHINERY TERMS:
Auction Premium: There will be a 10% Auction Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the Auction Premium will be the sales price.

Staggered Closing: This online auction closes in intervals. Please check the auction announcements for detailed information regarding these intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a live auction. Please watch your items) closing time!
All property is sold in "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc, will be allowed. The property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. The bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.

All purchases that haven't been paid by Saturday, December 6th, 2026 at 6:00PM will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration.
Ford Brothers, Inc absolutely DOES NOT provide shipping, shipping preparation, or transportation services for any items in this equipment auction. Removal of items, moving, packaging, loading, transporting, shipping, and shipping preparation (on items larger than the above-stated size) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All equipment must be paid for and picked up at the Ford Brothers Auction Center, there will be NO deliveries or shipping, or transportation of any items in this auction.
All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at Auctioneer's discretion, will be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.
**STORAGE FEES: ALL ITEMS MUST PURCHASED OR CONSIGNED MUST BE PICKED UP BY FRIDAY, November 20th, 2026 (the following Friday after the sale)

SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers, farm/agricultural exemptions or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding.
Sales Tax on Vehicles is determined by the State of Kentucky. The final price you will pay for a vehicle may change.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Ford Brothers, Inc. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR FORD BROTHERS, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
