         In order to settle the estate of the late Mr. Dick, we have been authorized by his heirs to offer this well located property and equipment for the absolute high dollar.

         Tract #1, consisting of 1.93 acres, is improved with the pictured vinyl sided home with living and family rooms, kitchen, separate dining room, four bedrooms, and 1 ½ baths.  There is also an unfinished walkout basement with the utility room being in the basement.  The front and back porches offer access to beautiful countryside views.

Note:  The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint.  The inspection period is September 9th through September 19th.  The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
