            In order to settle the estate of the Late Mr. Dick, the Executor of his estate has authorized our firm to sell this brick house and 2.74 acres plus tractors and personal property at absolute auction.

Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of 10 days to inspect the property for the presence of lead-based paint. The inspection period is October 31^st through November 9^th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the 10-day post-inspection period.
