Under this format, all tracts remain open for bidding simultaneously until bidding has completely ceased on every tract for a continuous period of five (5) minutes.
If a bid is placed on any tract during the final five (5) minutes of the auction, the auction countdown timer for all tracts will automatically reset to five (5) minutes. Every tract will continue to remain open for bidding regardless of whether the bid was placed on the tract a bidder is currently pursuing.
Example: If the auction countdown timer reaches 1 minute remaining and a bid is placed on Tract 7, the countdown timer for all ten (10) tracts will automatically reset to 5 minutes remaining. If another bid is placed on any tract before the timer reaches zero, the countdown timer for all tracts will again reset to 5 minutes remaining. This process will continue until no bids are placed on any tract during the final five (5) minutes of the auction, at which time all tracts will close simultaneously.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to closely monitor all tracts throughout the auction. Because this auction utilizes the "Extend All" bidding format, bidding activity on any tract will reset the countdown timer for every tract. REAL ESTATE TERMS:

All real estate taxes shall be prorated to the date of closing.
