Directions: Turn off Highway 127 onto the 127 Bypass going towards Albany, Ky. Proceed approx 2.8 miles and the farm will be on your left. Farm is located just off Highway 127 Bypass (Jamestown Bypass Road) on Chapman Road & Pierce Lane. Auction signs are posted.
Tract #1 measures 12.90 acres. Located just off Hwy. 127, this tract is the ideal baby farm site or boat storage location. There is also a barn on this tract.
