Directions: Take Stanford St. through Science Hill to Hwy 635. Follow Hwy. 635 to Hwy. 1676 and turn left onto Hwy 1676. Proceed approximately 3 miles and turn left onto Norwood Mt. Zion Road. Proceed to Mt. Zion Loop and turn right. Farm is located on your left. Auction signs are posted.
This farm is located just outside Science Hill and is an excellent cattle farm. This farm has barns (one with office) , cattle handling facility, several automatic waterer’s, and ponds that make this the best of locations for a cattle farm. This farm is divided in to several tracts allowing you the opportunity to own the property right for you! This farm has blacktop frontage along Mt. Zion Loop.
Tract #1 fronts Mt. Zion Loop and contains a total of 12.14 acres. This mostly cleared tract is an excellent site for home placement having that extra acreage for small farming.
Tract #2 measures 2.93 acres, fronts Mt. Zion Loop and would be an ideal home site.
