Directions:  In Monticello, turn off Hwy. 90 onto 3106.  Proceed 1/10 mile to the stop sign and turn left.  Go appoximately 150 ft. and turn right onto 1808.  Follow 1808 2.4 miles and turn left on Kelly Lane-Spann Hill Road.  Go 7/10 miles to the auction site.  Signs are posted. 

In order to settle the estate of the the Late Mr. Bulvanker, his family has authorized our firm to offer this outstanding farm at absolute auction. 

Tract #1 has an abundance of road frontage and measures 5.40 acres.  This tract is mostly cleared and is one of those rare find 5 acre tracts. 

Tract #2 is mostly wooded with a small amount of cleared acreage.  This tract is has 9.67 acres.
