DIRECTIONS: From Hal Rogers Parkway in London, Ky, follow new Hwy 30 approx 18 miles to the end. Turn right on Hwy 3630 (old 30) and travel to junction with US 421 in Tyner. Turn left (North) on 421. Proceed approx 4.1 miles and turn left onto Lower Adkinstown Road. Continue 2 miles and turn left onto Nunn Road. Travel 0.2 mile and turn left onto Porky Creech Rd. Auction signs are posted.

TERMS: This property will be sold for cash or (10%) down with 60 days to pay balance at the option of the purchaser. Unless the purchaser so elects to pay cash, the purchaser of the property so sold shall give bond for the purchase price with good surety approved by the Master Commissioner in making the sale, which bond shall be payable to the Master Commissioner and shall bear interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the date thereof until paid. The bond shall have the full force and effect of the judgement, and should execution be issued thereon, no replevy shall be allowed. A lien shall exist and be retained by the Master Commissioner of the property sold under this judgement as security for the purchase money.
