In order to settle the estate of the Late Mr. and Mr. Dixon, we have been authorized by their heirs to offer this house, lot and personal property at absolute auction.

TERMS: Real Estate: 20% down the day of the auction with the balance due in full within 30 days. Personal Property: Cash, check, Visa or Mastercard in full the day of the auction. There will be a 3% processing fee added to all credit card purchases.
Note: The purchaser of a single-family residence built before 1978 has a period of ten days to inspect the property for the presence of lead based paint. The inspection period is May 15th through May 24th. The successful bidder must sign a waiver of the ten-day post-inspection period.
